Why do we get stress?

Four in every ten people we meet in this world are expected to be stressed. Many times we don’t realize that one of our dear one is in that four too. Think about ten people you met today, can you name the ones you suspect to be stressed? Maybe not, as most of us had mastered the art of masking the stress and projecting a sparkling version of ourselves to the outside world. Reality is that there is nothing to be ashamed of being stressed instead we need to cultivate a society where it is spoken out loud and we look after each other to ensure stress gets the treatment it deserves by getting it busted!  We are always in look out for stress busters and keen to adapt famous methods around us. But why do we get stressed? For every individual it is different, as unique as we are with our dna, the types and variety of stress inducers are also different. Many of us are stressed because of our job commitments or rather expectations. Many times we set these expectations unknowingly, by overco...

Welcome home $$$$

From the world of "work is worship!" and "quality is the pride of workmanship", to all I want is $$$$. This has been quite a transformation that our little world had gone through ever since the uninvited arrival of COVID-19 pandemic.  I can imagine many faces that is already covered with frown reading my above statement. Often getting mistaken as judgmental or too eager to deduce something without concrete facts laid out. How much ever I would like not to disappoint you, I am afraid I might end up doing the thoroughly anticipated act of disappointing you.  What do we need to build a career? Is it a combination of money, position, role, consistent growth, vision, mentoring and future prospects? Or just money? The world has come to a state where we believe its just money that matters and rest all will come along with that. We have learned innumerous moral stories which teaches us what is need and how different it is with greed.  As we grew older we have also learned t...

Die Hard fan of live harder

Ethos of life in this planet has displayed a distinct similarity. Whereas various culture of this planet defines success in-distinctively at the same time. Across the various aspects of success which is in turn linked to the ethos of our distinct society, there lies an evident resemblance. Current world success is closely linked to the rise in the social strata along with the adherence to the staunch belief in the economic system the world engages us in. A nihilist has no space in the world which is stitched by the thread of religion with the cloth of economy already dyed with the color of ethos.  A social order is to be followed by the masses for the benefit of a larger cause named peace. Can there be peace without social order? Why can't there be peace? Who decides what makes you a complete man in this tiny drop of a planet within this cosmos? Is it really Raymonds? Every society has decided what man should do and strive for within their boundaries which has given...

Insecure Security Insecure

One of the happiest moments in life for one and all would be when they get the job of their dreams or some job which could enable them to start dreaming. What are these dreams that comes with the job? Nothing that we could see but only feel. Once the job fits in to the life, life becomes all about exploring new destinations, innovating new ways to spend, engaging novel friendships, digging new love affairs, and often leading to move far from parents and near ones. From college life, children get trained to be involved with friends and lead/mislead their life as they chose. It is nothing new that, the whole parenting world expects their future generations to find their way and make their mark in this vast highly competitive world. As days pass-by, the vigour to overpower new technologies, the desire to out-do peers & the natural thirst for newer avenues reduces which triggers the usage of the word settling-in, if you like  at all. Settling-in doesn't mean men has lost his p...
